Hey friends! With my minor back injury this week I thought it would be good to make a video about how I’ve changed my mindset when coming to deal with injuries. Getting injured is common among athletes and I've now learnt how it's all about managing training and rehab and being ok with taking days off. If being active is a lifestyle, taking a long term approach is always best to allow the injury to heal before going straight back into typical training.

How to install:
- Download, extract and run .exe file,
(If your antivirus blocking file, pause it or disable it for some time.)
- Press Install button
- Choose destination folder
- Press Finish
How to Use:
Open destination folder and locate file notes.txt, open it and read step by step.
